The meaning behind the recycle symbol is based on two interpretations; one is to how that an item is recyclable and the other shows that one is buying a recycled product. Its use largely depends on the guidelines and regulations that are put in place by government and environmental agencies that are concerned with matters to do with the environment in various sectors.
